01Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Apollo Dental Vadavalli website and the dental services provided at our clinic at 85C, Arun Nagar, Marudhamalai Road, Vadavalli, Coimbatore. By using this website, booking an appointment or receiving treatment, you agree to these terms.

This branch of Apollo Dental is operated by PK Healthcare under franchise from Alliance Dental Care Limited. References to "we", "us" and "the clinic" mean Apollo Dental Vadavalli.

02Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments can be booked online, by phone, on WhatsApp or in person. A booking request is confirmed only when our team contacts you with a date and time.

• Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment for registration.
• Cancellations or rescheduling should be made at least 24 hours in advance by phone or WhatsApp.
• Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require your appointment to be rescheduled.
• Emergency cases are seen on priority, which may occasionally delay scheduled appointments.

03Treatment and Consent

All treatment is provided by registered dental practitioners. Before any procedure, your dentist will explain the diagnosis, the recommended treatment, alternatives, risks and costs, and obtain your written informed consent.

Dental outcomes depend on individual clinical conditions and your compliance with post-treatment instructions. Results shown on this website, including before-and-after photographs and testimonials, are illustrative and do not guarantee a specific outcome for you.

04Fees and Payment

A written cost estimate is provided before treatment begins. Fees are payable at the time of service unless a payment schedule has been agreed in writing. We accept cash, debit and credit cards, UPI and net banking.

• Estimates are valid for 30 days and may change if the clinical situation changes during treatment.
• Laboratory-fabricated items such as crowns, aligners and dentures are made to order and are non-refundable once fabrication begins.

To the extent permitted by law, Apollo Dental Vadavalli is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website, including website downtime, errors in information or links to third-party sites such as Google Maps and social media platforms.

08Governing Law and Changes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
