Dental Implant Cost in Coimbatore
A single dental implant at our Vadavalli clinic starts at ₹35,000, and full mouth implant treatment starts at ₹1,50,000. Where your own case falls depends on how many teeth are being replaced, the implant system used and the condition of the bone at the site.
What a dental implant costs at our Vadavalli clinic
A dental implant (பல் இம்பிளாண்ட்) is a small titanium screw placed into the jawbone to hold a replacement tooth. The figures below are the prices we work to at our Vadavalli branch. All implant treatment listed here is carried out at Vadavalli.
| Treatment | Our price at Vadavalli | What moves it within the range |
|---|---|---|
| Single tooth implant | From ₹35,000 | Implant system chosen, bone quality at the site, whether the site needs building up first |
| Full mouth implants | From ₹1,50,000 | One arch or both, number of implants used, material of the final teeth |
| All-on-4 (a full arch supported on four implants) | ₹1,50,000 to ₹4,00,000 | Bone volume available, implant system, whether the final teeth are acrylic or zirconia |
| All-on-6 (a full arch supported on six implants) | ₹2,50,000 to ₹4,00,000 | Same factors, with two additional implants and a heavier final bridge |
| Bone graft or sinus lift, where the site needs it | Quoted case by case | Volume of graft material needed and whether one site or several are involved |
Consultation and imaging are charged separately from the treatment figures above.
| Consultation and imaging | Our price at Vadavalli |
|---|---|
| General consultation | ₹300 to ₹500 |
| Single tooth X-ray (IOPA) | ₹200 to ₹300 |
| Full jaw X-ray (OPG) | ₹500 to ₹800 |
| CBCT scan, the 3D scan used to plan implant placement | ₹1,000 to ₹4,000 |
Prices are indicative and confirmed after clinical examination.
What decides where your case sits in the range
An implant is not one product at one price. Five things account for almost all of the difference between a case at the lower end and a case at the upper end, and we will tell you which of them apply to you after we examine you and read your scan.
| Factor | How it affects the figure |
|---|---|
| Number of teeth being replaced | The biggest single driver. Three missing teeth in a row may be restored on two implants rather than three, which changes the total considerably. |
| Implant system used | Different manufacturers sit at different price points, with different track records and different availability of spare components years later. |
| Condition of the bone | A site that has been empty for years often loses width and height. Building it up adds a procedure, a material cost and waiting time before the implant goes in. |
| Position in the mouth | Upper back teeth sit close to the sinus and more often need the floor of the sinus lifted before an implant can be placed. |
| Material of the final tooth | The tooth that sits on top of the implant can be made in several materials, and the material you choose moves the figure. |
Gum health, diabetes control and smoking do not change the price we quote, but they do change whether we will recommend an implant at all, and how closely we will want to follow you afterwards.
What the price covers and what is billed separately
The most common complaint patients have about implant pricing anywhere is the cost that turns up later. So here is how we handle it.
Priced as one treatment plan
Your treatment plan is priced as a whole after your examination and scan. That plan sets out the implant, the connector that joins the implant to the new tooth, and the tooth itself, along with the number of visits involved. We confirm that total with you before any treatment starts, so you are not agreeing to an open figure.
Charged separately
Charged separately from the treatment plan: your consultation, your X-rays and your CBCT scan, at the rates in the table above. The consultation fee is not adjusted against the cost of treatment if you go ahead.
Quoted separately where needed
Quoted separately where your case needs it: bone grafting and sinus lift procedures. These are not part of every implant case, and we will only raise them if your scan shows the site needs them.
If the replacement tooth on your implant is a crown, our crown prices are published on our crown cost page so you can see that figure for yourself rather than take it on trust.

How you can pay
We accept cash, UPI, debit cards, credit cards and net banking. Dental insurance and corporate tie-ups are accepted, and our front desk will tell you what your specific policy covers before you commit.
Implant treatment runs over several months and several visits, so an advance is collected when the treatment plan is agreed, with the balance spread across the stages of treatment. We do not currently offer EMI on implant treatment.
Prices are the same at all three of our Coimbatore branches, and your implant treatment is carried out at Vadavalli.
